Oct. 11th, 2013 11:24 pmYou cried to me over the phone
Why does it hurt so much when human bonds are broken?
It's like severing a limb. Sure, we can get used to living without it, but things will never be the same.
That part of us will always be missing.
I could feel your pain and I could sense the tears falling from your eyes..
And you hung up, telling yourself that you would be okay, and confident that you would get through this.
But even now, even though we're far away, I can still hear you crying there, alone in your room.
I want you to be happy
But I hate myself
Because I can do nothing about it.
