May. 11th, 2009 12:01 amFrom my observation, people around my age group are almost always concerned about these things...
1) Their careers.
2) Relationships and romance.
3) Their networking/associations. (Parties, social outlets, etc...)
People usually define themselves through these. I'm sitting on the tram and these are the top three things I hear about all the time.
It also surprises me that people can't concentrate in class. I'm constantly disgusted by how short attention spans are. People are always texting messges to their friends, or playing some kind of game on their cell phone. Then they complain that the test is too hard.
I'm a little tired of the college atmosphere. Students don't care about getting the intellectual material, they only care about the grade they receive in the end.
I guess I'm a little grumpy tonight. I just feel so detached from the rest of the world right now.
