New goals to set for myself.
-Fix my stupid computer.
-Upgrade my aunt's internet to a faster speed. I should also preferably install wireless on my comp when I get it working again.
-Apply for a NYC Driver's License...
-Which in turn lets me apply for the certain jobs I want.
-I want to get a job at this non-profit organization that works with people with developmental problems like autism. I already have experience with this sort of this thing, so there's a high chance I can get the job.
-I need to think about what I want to focus my studies on when I (eventually) go back to school.
-I like animals.. so maybe veterinary medicine. Or maybe I should continue with psychology.
-Try not to eat too much! Last time I came to NYC, I gained a few pounds trying out all the great food.
-Start practicing piano again. My aunt has a grand piano, and everything sounds awesome on it. I want to put this to good use.
-Try to get a ticket for the Dalai Lama's appearance on May 20th.
Hm...and maybe...
-Make new friends.
I always have a hard time making new friends. I'm almost scared to put that on my list because I don't know if I can accomplish it... or maybe I'm even at the point where I don't want to make new friends. It's just hard to find people I'm compatible with or that I can easily talk to. Unfortunately, I'm not into celebrity gossip, tv shows, or sports. That's pretty much what everybody talks about these days. It feels like I'm really disconnected with the world, and it seems like it's just a hassle to keep up with things I don't really want to.
But I guess I'll see what happens.
